WE ARE TRAVEL GIRLS OFFICIAL LAUNCH EVENT

This week myself, Becky van Dijk and Vanessa Rivers hosted the official We Are Travel Girls launch event at Yashin Ocean House in South Kensington.

I started the @WeAreTravelGirls Instagram page last year, initially with the goal of simply creating a place to meet some like minded travel girls. Since then the aspirations for We Are Travel Girls have grown substantially and at the beginning of June we launched our website. On the site we curate stories from female travellers all around the world, introducing you to new travel writers every day.

We have many exciting projects planned for the future, including more We Are Travel Girls events where we look forward to meeting many more women from the community. We would like to thank all of the girls that joined us for our launch, it was incredible to meet these inspirational women and hear each of their stories.

Special thanks goes to Yashin Ocean House for hosting us and keeping the conversation flowing by providing yummy cocktails and canapés, to London Grace for the nail polishes and manicure experiences, to Lomax gym for the class passes, to Wanderers & Warriors for the cute travel t-shirts, and to SummerLove Swim for the eco bikini.
